RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you’ll love your With You purchase but if not, we’re happy to help you find a piece of our jewelry that works better for you. If you decide not to keep your jewelry, we do accept returns. Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Product must be returned in new and salable condition. Returns or exchanges must be shipped back with a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance options. To request a RMA, please fill in the form below. All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, except in the case of a defective item or incorrect shipment.
